Meredith Martin, LMSW, is a welcoming and engaging therapist who is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Graduating with her Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama in 2016, Meredith has worked as a case manager, school-based therapist, and in a dual role in a residential facility for 12-17 year old teenage boys. Experienced with clients aged four to their mid-thirties, Meredith uses a combination of therapeutic techniques including a strengths-based approach, CBT, DBT skills, psychoeducation, and more to ensure your unique needs are met. When she is not working, she enjoys road trips with her friends, live music, and spending as much time with her dog as possible.
